Sonora subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
Subscription fees and usage charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused allowances.
To cancel, use the controls in your account or contact us. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
If a payment fails, service may be paused until payment is resolved. Details of any grace period and data-retention window are described in your plan terms.
