2. The service

Sonora provides AI-powered voice agents that place and receive calls on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with all applicable laws, including telemarketing, consent, and data-protection regulations in the regions you operate.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.
• Usage beyond your plan's included allowance is billed as overage at the published rates.
• Additional specialist agents beyond those included in your plan are billed as monthly add-ons.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sonora for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes, or in violation of any applicable calling and consent laws. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Your responsibilities for compliance

You are solely responsible for obtaining any required consent before contacting individuals, for honoring do-not-call requests, and for complying with all applicable regulations governing outbound and inbound calling in your markets.

6. Intellectual property

Sonora and all related trademarks, software, and content are owned by Cloud9 Technology LLC. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the platform.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud9 Technology LLC disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Sonora after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
